Domino the Whale Shark: 6,000 kilometers of adventure in the South Atlantic!
On June 26, 2025, the documentary about the impressive migration of Domino, a 30-year-old female whale shark, will be presented. Domino is equipped with a satellite transmitter, making it possible to track her journey over more than 6,000 kilometers from the warm, crystal-clear waters of the Seychelles to the freezing waves of the South Atlantic. It was directed by Alana Pringle. The documentary highlights not only the challenges Domino faces on this long journey, but also the various sea creatures she meets during her trek. ARD media library reports that the impressive images come from Lion Mountain Media and immerse viewers in the fascinating world of whale sharks.
