MS Artania's world tour ended spectacularly in Gran Canaria!
Today, June 2, 2025, Phoenix Reisen's MS Artania successfully completed its early 2024/2025 world tour in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. This impressive journey lasted a total of 162 days and began on December 22, 2024 in Hamburg. During the voyage, passengers visited numerous exotic destinations in South America, the South Pacific, Oceania, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean and southern Africa.
Savona, Italy was originally intended to be the end point of the cruise. However, due to the current security situation on the Red Sea, the route was changed. The world tour was divided into seven sections, with the most important embarkation and disembarkation points including Rio de Janeiro, San Antonio, Auckland, Sydney, Bali and Durban.
Next stage for the MS Artania
After the end of the trip around the world, the guests disembark in Gran Canaria. The MS Artania will then start a 17-day cruise entitled “To the most beautiful islands and coasts in Western Europe” towards Bremerhaven on June 2, 2025. From mid-June to mid-October 2025, the ship will be stationed in Germany, where it will offer several summer trips to Northern Europe and across the Baltic Sea, with most of these trips departing from Bremerhaven.
A special highlight in the summer will be the Phoenix fleet meeting for Sail 2025 on August 15th. On this day, four ocean-going ships from Phoenix will meet in Bremerhaven and offer the numerous guests an unforgettable experience.
