The data show a falling number of German guests (minus 1.6 %), while the number of international guests rose by 3.3 %, which resulted in a total of 2.0 % more overnight stays. Especially in February 2025, Berlin had 857,046 new guests and 1,985,540 overnight stays.
The accommodation facilities included 721 hotels at the end of February, which offered a total of 145,274 beds. However, the average occupancy of the guest beds from January to February was only 43.5 %. The city's tourist infrastructure remains stable, and the expected trends show that Berlin remains a popular travel destination.
