Enthusiastic art and music: Summer start 2025 inspires in Phu Yen!

Köln, Deutschland - On June 8, 2025, the art program "Welcome Summer Tourist Season 2025" took place in Vietnam. This event comprises almost 20 different music and dance performances and has set itself the goal of promoting the beauty of the country and addressing a young audience. The spectators were enthusiastic about the appearances of the diverse artists, who came from the Sao Bien Folk Music and Dance Theater, the Pas Dance Crew, as well as rappers like Trung Hieu Idol and Viet Dong.

A special highlight was the performance of the song "Cute Confession" by the singers Thanh van and Minh Khuong, accompanied by a talented dance group. Le Nguyen Huyen Tran, a student at Phu Yen University, expressed that he found the program exciting. The positive response from the audience clearly showed that the event successfully fulfilled its goal of addressing the young generation.

Diversity of artists and performances

Overall, numerous artists and groups performed to present the various facets of Vietnamese culture. The performance quality and the energy of the artists contributed to creating a rousing atmosphere that spell over the audience.

A completely different artistic spectacle occurred in Cologne, where the art salon festival "Music in the houses of the city" celebrated a restart after a one-year break. The event, under the new management of Claudine Engeser, brought 22 bands and solo artists to 22 different locations in the city. The opening took place on November 12, 2025 and was made by the crossover band Uwaga! designed.

Intimate concerts in unusual locations

The festival extended over five days and offered an intimate atmosphere in which concerts took place in private living rooms, offices and galleries. A remarkable occupancy of 94% was recorded, which underlines the great demand for such events.

Well-known musicians were among the artists who have appeared, including the jazz pianist Jerry Lu, Gypsy Swing guitarist Joscho Stephan and the mezzo soprano Julie Phan. The festival closed with an impressive room-sound installation by Stefan Döring, Robert Schleisiek and Chris Weinheimer in the original sound studio.

The next festival "Music in the Houses" is planned for the period from November 10th to 16th, 2025, which will continue to play an important role in the city's cultural life. Interested hosts are invited to report to Claudine Engerer in order to become part of this extraordinary series of events.
