Experience the beauty of the lip with guided star hikes!

Lage-Hörste, Deutschland - On May 14, 2025, Lippe Tourismus & Marketing GmbH invited star hikes in the quality region of hiking Germany Lippe - Land of Hermann on the occasion of the day of hiking. This event offered the participants the opportunity to experience the beauty of the region in a sociable and active atmosphere.

The hiking tours led from three different starting points: the climate experience world in Oerlinghausen, the Heidehaus in Augustdorf and the Forstfrieden restaurant in Detmold. Blomberg News emphasizes that the hikes through the Wistinghauser Senne, where Scottish highland cattle are growing. These routes had lengths between 8 and 9 kilometers and started between 9 a.m. and 9.30 a.m.

The experienced hiking and nature park guides accompanied the participants, who explored the forests and waters of the region when the weather was pleasant. The good mood and the exchange among the hikers contributed to the positive atmosphere. After the hikes, the guests were tasted with homemade pimples, coffee and cold drinks.

The event not only offered a nice way to hike, but also promoted a feeling of community and regional connection. Mayor Matthias Kalkreuter and District Administrator Dr. Axel Lehmann gave greeting in which they highlighted the attractiveness of location hearing. Ewald Lienen, climate ambassador of the Lippe district, shared personal memories of his first vacation in Hörste, which underlined the emotional connection to the region.

The number of participants was limited and registration was required until April 14, 2025 to optimally organize the event. Interested parties were able to register for a contribution of 5 euros per person by e-mail to wander@kreis-lippe.de. The return trip to the starting points was offered at 3 p.m. with a shuttle service.

The guided star hikes in Lippe not only offered an opportunity to enjoy the picturesque landscape, but also a space for joy and community among nature lovers. This initiative illustrates the importance of hiking for local identity and promoting an active lifestyle in the region.
