On May 31, 2025, Kiel, the maritime pearl of Schleswig-Holstein, will experience a triple call by cruise ships for the first time. On this special day, three ships are expected in the Hanseatic city at the same time: the AIDAnova from AIDA Cruises, the MS Hamburg from Plantours Cruises and the MSC Euribia from MSC Cruises.
The day not only marks a milestone in the 2025 Kiel cruise season, but also features a change of guests between two voyages for all three ships. While the AIDAnova and the MSC Euribia will be increasingly stationed in Kiel in the 2025 summer season MS Hamburg to dock in Kiel only twice this year.
Details about the approaches
The berths for the triple call have already been determined. While the MSC Euribia moored in the Ostuferhafen, they will AIDAnova and the MS Hamburg moor at the Ostseekai. The MS Hamburg will end her 12-day cruise from Hamburg across the Baltics and in the evening begin a 10-day trip to the most beautiful ports in the North and Baltic Seas.
The AIDAnova ends her trip “Norway from Kiel” and begins her new route through the Scandinavian highlights in the evening. At the same time the MSC Euribia Change partial guests and travel from Kiel to the Norwegian fjords.
