Creative future visions: children design rainbow robot world space in Berlin
The renowned photographer Jan von Holleben has teamed up in an innovative project with 489 primary school children in order to capture their creative ideas for the future. The resulting works could be founded as part of the photo festival "Horizonte Zingst" and can now be seen in Berlin. The exhibition is entitled "Rainbow Robota world space" and can be seen in the "FF - freedom for photography" until June 15, 2025. The special thing about this project: it is not a spontaneous flash mob in a social media style, but a well thought-out artistic initiative.
The children from the towns of Zingst, Prerow, Barth and Ribnitz-Damgarten have brought their visions on paper in the form of the future in the form of spectacular and imaginative ideas. Among the concepts designed by the children can be found, among other things, a floating waste recycling machine, ice cream on the stem on the moon, nozzle shoes and fair voting robots. These creative approaches deal with important topics such as resource management and the questions of what will be too much and what will be too little in the future and what needs to be reinvented. The children's commitment reflects their hope and ingenuity.
