The MSC Opera in detail
The MSC Opera, a ship christened on June 26, 2004 by actress Sophia Loren, offers a variety of cabin classes. These range from inside cabins to luxurious suites with private balconies and bathtubs. The vessel is capable of accommodating up to 2,658 passengers and has an operational speed of up to 20.30 knots. It sails not only through Caribbean waters, but also through European seas and, for several years, in African and Asian waters.
The MSC Opera's culinary offerings are just as varied. These include main restaurants with international gourmet specialties, buffet restaurants and specialty restaurants covering various cuisines, including vegetarian and vegan options.
Sports facilities, a wellness and spa area and an extensive entertainment program are available for leisure activities on board. The ship also offers special programs for children aimed at meeting the needs of families.
MSC Seaview will continue to operate 7-night cruises in the Southern Caribbean and is homeported in Fort-de-France. Travel enthusiasts can look forward to an offer that allows them to experience the beauty and culture of the Caribbean to the fullest.
