Service trips strengthen sales: Anke Dreiseidler-Kratz takes over management!

Service Reisen has a new division manager for strategic sales, Anke Dreiseidler-Kratz. She is taking on this position with immediate effect and succeeds Eike Sielaff, who will concentrate on her role as regional sales manager for the north in the future. Dreiseidler-Kratz brings valuable knowledge to the company with her 18 years of industry experience, having most recently worked as Head of Sales at GTW-Touristik. On June 1st, she took over responsibility for strategic sales and will play a key role in the further development of strategic customer support and development.

The personnel change is part of a long-term orientation with which Service-Reisen strives to strengthen customer relationships and intensify partnerships with tour operators. Eike Sielaff will remain with the company in a managerial position and will therefore continue to be actively involved in strategic sales.

Dreiseidler-Kratz’s expertise and vision

Claudia Pascher-Kneissl, Managing Director of Service-Reisen, highlights Dreiseidler-Kratz's expertise and network. Her experience in sales, which she gained at TP Tour Project GmbH as head of sales and customer management, is seen as particularly valuable for the future direction of the company.

Dreiseidler-Kratz also emphasizes the importance of personal exchange and collaboration with partners and colleagues. This is considered essential in order to best serve customers and understand their needs.

About service trips

Service-Reisen specializes in group travel and employs a total of 170 people at locations in Gießen and Bottighofen (Switzerland). The company operates in the B2B business for national and international tour operators and offers a wide portfolio of bus and air travel packages as well as ocean and river cruises. It is hoped that the new strategic sales management will further optimize these offerings and expand customer service.
