TLT Urlaubsreisen celebrated a successful financial year, which was concluded with a special honor for its most successful partners. On October 16, 2025, the company honored 16 outstanding partners with a trip to Hurghada at the newly opened Aldiana Club Naga Bay took place. In his speech, managing director André Repschinski emphasized the importance of cohesion and trust, which are essential for shared success.

This TOP partner trip not only recognized the extraordinary achievements of the participants, but also served as a token of appreciation. Accompanied by sales management and regional managers, the partners enjoyed numerous activities including paddle tennis, Pilates as well as quad tours and snorkeling. Participants reported very positive feedback about the exchange and discussions, which took place in a relaxed atmosphere.

Innovations and outlook for 2026

During the event, a new round table format was introduced that promotes personal and professional exchange. Participants discussed ideas and priorities for the 2026 financial year, which should support planning and strategy for the coming months. In this context, TLT Urlaubsreisen announced a major brand relaunch: the new ReiseBeratung brand will emerge from the previous brands Take Off, Holiday Profis and Feria. The aim of the merger is to combine expertise, modern brand management and a stronger community within the TLTU community.
