Tradition meets tourism: Ninh Binh celebrates its craftsmanship!
On May 23, 2025, a delegation visited the newly opened Ninh Binh Traditional Craft Village Space in Hoa Lu. This opening is part of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2025, which aims to highlight the region's unique tourism offerings. The delegation had the opportunity to learn about the history and cultural values of several handicraft villages, including Van Lam embroidery and Kim Son sedge weaving.
Showcasing traditional crafts was a key element of the program, which also included Bo Bat pottery and Bao Loc silk. During the visit, delegates interacted with artisans and observed the crafting process, promoting a deeper understanding of the art skills.
Ecotourism and infrastructure
Another part of the program was exploring the Thung Nham Bird Garden ecotourism area. In this context, the important role of investments in Ninh Binh's facilities and infrastructure was acknowledged.
