Napoli on the Road: Best Pizzeria in Europe 2025 is located in London!
Today, June 7, 2025, the 50 Top Pizza organization published the highly anticipated ranking of the best pizzerias in Europe. First place goes to the Pizzeria Napoli on the Road in London, which was able to once again defend the title with its unique offering and the quality of its food. This pizzeria has locations in Chiswick and Richmond and was founded by talented Italian pizza maker Michele Pascarella. The award is a testament to Pascarella's dedication and craftsmanship in pizza making.
The awards ceremony took place at the Fundación Pablo VI in Madrid and was moderated by Verónica Zumalacárregui. In addition to the announcement of the main winner, numerous other awards were presented that recognized the diverse offerings of pizzerias in Europe. Baldoria took second place in Madrid and was named the best pizzeria in Spain. Places three to five went to Sartoria Panatieri in Barcelona and Via Toledo in Vienna (jointly in third place), 50 Kalò in London (fourth) and IMperfetto in Puteaux, France (five).

The top 20 of the 50 Top Pizza Europe 2025 also have the honor of being automatically qualified for the election of the 100 best pizzerias in the world. The global awards ceremony is scheduled for September 8th at the Teatro Mercadante in Naples. There were also numerous special awards for this year's event. Andrea Ena from Sapori Italiani U Taliana in Bratislava was named “Pizza Maker of the Year 2025”.
The statistics show that Spain has the most representatives in the list with 31 pizzerias, followed by France with 22 and England and Switzerland, which each have 16 pizzerias. Within the cities, Paris leads with 16 pizzerias, followed by London (11) and Madrid (9).
The next event, 50 Top Pizza USA 2025, will take place on July 1 in New York, further building anticipation for the world's pizza life.
