RTK international announced today, June 5, 2025, that it has acquired 34 percent of the shares in the French market leader TourCom. This strategic acquisition is seen as a crucial step to strengthen European cooperation in travel distribution. RTK international, the largest travel agency cooperation in Europe, is expanding its network to almost 3,900 travel agencies through this investment.

TourCom, which acts as an important cooperation platform in France, brings together around 1,000 travel agencies and achieves an annual turnover of over 2.5 billion euros.
