Nobu Hospitality recently announced the opening of two new destinations: Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences in Baku, Azerbaijan and Montenegro. This expansion is intended to expand Nobu's international presence in luxury hotel tourism, the company said.

The Nobu Hotel in Baku will be located in the picturesque Sea Breeze Resort on the Caspian Sea. The project includes a total of 80 hotel rooms and 100 private residences, including five exclusive villas. The hotel's design is characterized by elegant simplicity, with a focus on natural materials and a high level of comfort and sophistication. The offer is complemented by a Nobu restaurant, which presents the famous Japanese-Peruvian cuisine of chef Nobu. Other facilities include a modern fitness center, a wellness spa and extensive conference and event rooms. There are also leisure facilities for active recreation and direct access to the beaches of the Caspian Sea.

At the same time, Nobu will also be active in Montenegro under the same name at the Sea Breeze Resort.
