On June 3, 2025, a significant working meeting was held between a delegation from Quang Binh Province and the Government of Karlovy Vary Province in the Czech Republic. Thermal springs and cultural heritage
Karlovy Vary, known for its thermal springs and modern tourist infrastructure, is often referred to as the “cinema capital” of the world. This designation refers to the city's great cultural importance, which has parallels to the potential of Quang Binh, especially in the areas of tourism, culture and cinema. It should be mentioned that Quang Binh has already served as a backdrop for international film productions such as “Kong: Skull Island”.
As part of continuing its initiatives, the Quang Binh delegation will also carry out further activities to promote tourism, investment and cooperation in Belgium and Switzerland from June 4 to 13, 2025. This highlights the province's fundamental goal of establishing itself as a national and regional tourism hub, as reiterated by various high-ranking representatives of the Vietnamese government. Together with international support, Quang Binh appears to be on a promising path to fully exploiting its tourism potential.
According to information from vietnam.vn and qdnd.vn The signs are good that Quang Binh can not only strengthen local attractions, but also build international partnerships.
