Hong Ngoc's journey to becoming a flight attendant began in high school when she fulfilled a dream inspired by the flight attendants she saw. After graduating from high school, she decided to study accounting, but quickly realized that her true passion lay in aviation. To qualify for the position, she learned English and earned a TOEFL certificate before applying to Vietnam Airlines.

The selection process and training
