Suoi Tien Kultur- und Tourismusgebiet, Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt, Vietnam - On May 22, 2023, the ceremonial announcement of the 21st Southern Fruit Festival-Suoi Tien Farm Festival 2025, which was organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sport, the Ministry of Industry and Trade as well as the Union of the Friendship Organizations of Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt and the Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Company. This significant festival takes place from June 1 to August 31, 2025 and is under the motto: "Agriculture for the preservation of the roots - nation to preserve the soul - integration into time".

The festival will score with a variety of activities, including the presentation of typical agricultural products from the south and traditional cultural values. Visitors can look forward to over 20 stands that offer fresh agricultural products, processed specialties and typical OCOP products from Ho Chi Minh City. The fruits offered include Sa Pa-Pfirsich, Hanoi-Plum, DAK Lak-Avocado and many more.

The Southern Fruit Festival offers the HO-Chi Minh-Stadt-AgRarProdukt advertising day for the first time, which is carried out as part of the festival. These include an orchard competition, the friendship melody and a paradeshow with the topic "Vietnamese agricultural products reach international integration". The ASean Harmony Festival 2025 also enriches the program.

For entertainment and culinary experiences, popular games, peasant cultural experiences, a waterproof and a food street with dishes from North, Central and South Vietnam ensure directly at the festival. Particularly noteworthy is the specialty fruit market, which has been popular for 19 years and offers hundreds of fresh tropical fruits at preferred prices.

Before the Covid 19 pandemic, the Southern Fruit Festival attracted between 800,000 and 1,000,000 visitors. For 2025, a return of 80 % of the number of visitors is targeted before pandemic, which shows the prevailing attractiveness of the festival.
