Hyatt opens luxurious Hotel Casa Duhau in Mendoza's wine region!

Mendoza, Argentinien - Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of the first Unbound Collection Hotels in Argentina today. The new luxury hotel, Casa Duhau, will be built in the Mendoza wine region and is planned for the opening in 2027. The construction of the hotel is scheduled to begin at the end of 2025. Casa Duhau will be part of the reserva Alto Agrelo project, which extends over almost 190 hectares and houses several residential areas. The development comprises 116 residential plots that offer a private access, pedestrian paths, two lagoons and scenic green areas. Reisetopia reports that the architecture of the Hotel of BMA Arqs is directed, while the interiors are designed by the Martín Zanotti Studio and the landscape design of Fernando González comes.

Casa Duhau is built on a 40 hectare area that is planted with vineyards and fruit trees. The luxury hotel will include 52 accommodations, including 40 private villas and 12 spacious suites, which are designed for privacy and a panoramic view of the Andes. All accommodations also offer an impressive view of the Cordón del Plata and the Topfungato volcano, which emphasizes the natural beauty of the environment.
