Neubrandenburg, Deutschland - The summer vacation is just around the corner, and the Neubrandenburg population has a firm eye on their possible travel destinations. The Nordkurier carried out a survey under 15 anonymous people to find out where the trip this year goes.
The Baltic Sea leads the list of the most popular travel destinations, with five respondents who chose them as a travel destination. The reasons for this choice are the beautiful landscape, the short journey and personal ties to the region by the partner. The North Sea follows close behind, often preferably for camping or family vacations. The majority of the survey participants, eight people, plans to travel with their partner, while seven people spend their vacation with family or friends.

Interestingly, some surveyed Neubrandenburg also chose as their holiday destination. Two people decided to stay in the city, with one of these people also traveling with their daughter and a 92-year-old grandma. Other vacation destinations mentioned include Mallorca, where two people have already vacationed several times, as well as exotic destinations such as Turkey and Sri Lanka. The choice of these destinations often falls on the warm weather and cheaper prices compared to Germany.In addition, a woman goes to Copenhagen, driven by her son's curiosity. Another questioned planned a Cruise to catch up with something that she used to do. It turns out that travel is a community experience for all respondents; None of the respondents plan to travel alone. The motifs are diverse and range from the search for sun and relaxation to family visits and thirst for adventure.
