The trip led the members to the painting Traunsee in the Salzkammergut, where numerous activities and experiences were on the program. Visit to the tree top path
Another highlight was a visit to the renowned tree top path Salzkammergut. The path not only offers unique perspectives on the surrounding forest, but also various information and experience stations. The 39 -meter -high observation tower, which is mainly made of wood, was built in a natural way and reminds of a huge salt barrel with its shape, which takes into account the history and culture of the region. The driveway to the tower takes place via a wheelchair and stroller-friendly ramp that makes the visit accessible to all age groups.
During the ascent, new impressive views of the Traunsee, the Traunstein and the Prealps are revealed on every floor. The top platform of the tower offers a breathtaking 360-degree panorama and represents a highlight of the visit. For the descent, the visitors have the choice: You can either take the ramp back or choose the adrenaline path over a 75-meter-long tunnel slide, which ensures exciting moments, like Gruenberg.info reported.
