Daniel Letocha: New managing director for Bonn and the region!

Hennef, Deutschland - Tourismus & Congress GmbH Region Bonn/Rhein-Sieg/Ahrweiler (T&C) has announced a significant change in personnel. From January 1, 2026, Daniel Letocha, an experienced man in the tourist marketing and destination development area, will take on the role of the managing director. He will follow the interim duo Hans-Helmut Schild and Ulrich Keinath, which will remain in office by the end of January 2026. On Tuesday, Letocha was officially appointed by the shareholders, including Bonn's mayor Katja Dörner, who praised his extensive experience in urban tourist marketing and in rural regions.

Letocha, 46 years old and born in Hennef, has over 20 years of experience in tourism. He has been heading the Siegen-Wittgenstein Touristics Association for a year, where he also works as a managing director. Before that, he spent over a decade of Cologne tourism in various positions, including as a key account manager and team leader of the service hotline. His well -founded training as a state -certified business economist with a focus on tourism and his bachelor's degree in General Management at the European University of Applied Sciences Brühl make him a suitable manager for T&C.

In addition, the Natursteig Sieg remains a personal concern of Letocha, as it plans to continue this popular hiking trail to the Siegerland. His connection to home is also evident in the fact that he lives near this hiking trail and is therefore directly connected to the interests of the region.
