Triple cruise happiness: Star Pride celebrates its debut in Hamburg!
On May 29, 2025, Hamburg will be the focus of the cruise ship industry as three well-known ships have docked in the port. The focus is particularly on this Star Pride, which is arriving in the Hanseatic city for the first time. This elegant cruise ship belongs to Windstar Cruises and is moored at the Cruise Center HafenCity.
Star Pride's nine-day journey leads from Amsterdam to Copenhagen and includes numerous stops such as Rotterdam, Hamburg, Travemünde, Wismar and Binz on Rügen. The ship will remain in Hamburg until May 30, 2025, before continuing its journey across the Elbe and through the Kiel Canal. The first call in Lübeck-Travemünde is planned for May 31st. The first call is particularly festive with an exchange of plaques between the ship's command and the port representatives.

In addition to Star Pride, two other cruise ships have docked. The Costa Favolosa is located at the Cruise Center Altona and has just finished a week-long fjord trip. She is now starting a 12-day Iceland cruise, which includes stops such as Reykjavik and Kirkwall.
The MSC Preziosa is moored at the Cruise Center Steinwerder and is returning from an eleven-day voyage to Icelandic waters. She then embarks on an 11-day Norway cruise, which includes, among other things, Honningsvåg and Tromsø.
