On Saturday, May 31, 2025, visitors can expect a special event in the Philippstollen in Olsberg. The event entitled “Soul Strength in the Philippstollen” is an initiative of the Olsberg “Team Mining” local association and is led by Hans-Dieter Frigger. From 3:00 p.m., a maximum of eight participants can take part in this special experience, which is designed to last around 1.5 hours. The meeting point for anyone interested is the entrance to the Philippstollen, which is located at Eisenberg 1.
The event aims to help participants let go of fears and worries and gain confidence. Other focal points include becoming aware of one's own self, feeling the power of silence and activating one's self-healing powers. Recharging your life energy and finding inner peace are also on the program. The event is also intended to provide inspiration for the mind and soul. “SeelenKraft im Philippstollen” is part of a larger campaign called “Sauerland Soul Places” and promotes inner balance.
Practical information about participation
To take part in the event, registration is required by the day before. The cost contribution is €6.00 per person. It is recommended to bring weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes, as temperatures in the tunnel are around 8 degrees.
