New Icelandic drink COLLAB comes to Northern Germany – competition!
From June 2, 2025, the innovative drink COLLAB, a new trend product with natural caffeine and marine collagen from Iceland, will be available in Northern Germany. COLLAB stands out for its sugar-free nature and the combination of collagen and caffeine, which is said to promote energy and focus in everyday life. The drink, developed in a collaboration between Iceland's largest beverage manufacturer, Ölgerðin, and the start-up FEEL Iceland, already received the World Beverage Innovation Award for “Best Functional Drink” in 2022.
COLLAB is offered in three refreshing flavors: passion fruit & lime, strawberry & lemon and wild berries. Each 330ml can costs 1.99 euros (RRP) and contains 5.9 grams of marine collagen and 105 mg of natural caffeine from green coffee beans. The collagen is sustainably sourced from wild-caught fish from the Arctic Ocean, meaning the product also helps reduce waste from the fishing industry.
Competition with a trip to Reykjavik
To celebrate the launch of COLLAB, a competition is running where participants have the chance to win a week in Reykjavik, Iceland. The trip has a total value of 3,000 euros and includes travel, hotel and transfer. Participation in the competition is possible for everyone aged 18 and over, but there is no option for cash payment.
COLLAB is a completely sugar-free and carbohydrate-free drink made without artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Production is carried out sustainably using green energy in Iceland, which underlines the company's environmentally friendly approach. Every sip of COLLAB promises not only immediate energy, but also future health benefits from the amino acids contained in collagen, some of which the body cannot produce itself.
The product will soon be available in over 1,500 grocery retail locations, making access to this innovative beverage category much easier.
