Saxony promotes hiking trails: new opportunities for tourism and community!

On May 14, 2025, Barbara Klepsch, the Minister of Tourism of Saxony, announced significant funding for hiking trails. With these measures, Saxony shows a clear strategy for promoting tourism and improving the tourist infrastructure, which benefits both visitors and the locals. Visitors should be able to establish a deeper connection to the Saxon nature and culture through the newly designed hiking trails and the diverse leisure opportunities.
