Sticker fever: Discover the Altmark and win exciting prizes!

The Altmark, a vast region in Germany between the Elbe and the Drömling as well as Arendsee and Tangermünde, is currently exciting with a new initiative. The “Sticker Fever” campaign, which was launched at the beginning of June 2025, encourages visitors to discover the beauties and secrets of the region.

Participants in the campaign have the opportunity to collect stickers while visiting various locations. These stickers are characteristically black with a slanted A, the Altmark logo. When a booklet is full with 20 stickers, participants receive a reward, which can consist of a regional product, for example. Over 75 partner businesses, including outdoor pools, monasteries and canoe stations, are involved in this campaign, which underlines the diversity of experiences in the Altmark.

Promoting regional discovery

The goal of “Stickerfieber” is to encourage people to get to know their homeland better and to look beyond their own place. In addition to the stickers, the campaign also offers the opportunity to talk to local business owners such as Kerstin Masur and Jeannine Ritter. Such interactions enrich the experience and promote exchange within the community.

A special point of contact is the Havelberg Cathedral, where those interested can find out about the early history of the region. This combination of delicious regional products and cultural knowledge makes the campaign a holistic experience that awakens curiosity and a sense of adventure.

The financing comes from the Ministry of Economics, Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry of the State of Saxony-Anhalt, which underlines the importance of this initiative.
