On May 28, 2025, the “Venice, Selected” project by Select Aperitivo will be presented as part of the Roma Bar Show on the terrace of the Hotel Hassler. Aman Venice's Bar Manager, Antonio Ferrara, has curated a special drinks list that aims to offer new perspectives on the classic Spritz Veneziano. In collaboration with the magazine inCf and the artist Louis De Belle, a visual narrative will be developed that illuminates the cultural significance of Spritz in Venice.

The project not only celebrates the connection between Select Aperitivo and Venetian craftsmanship, but also strengthens the emotional connection between the drink and the city where it was founded in 1920. The aim is to highlight the cultural role of the Spritz Veneziano as well as its stylish serving glass. The elegant glasses represent the Venetian craftsmanship tradition and contribute to the experience of enjoyment.
