Cambais Falls is a multi -stage, AquaLauer waterfall and seaside resort in Aleegria, Cebu. It is cheaply near popular tourist centers such as Oslob or Moalboal.

I consider Cambais Falls to be one of the most underestimated waterfalls in Cebu. Here is a short guide for exploring the Cambais Falls, including all the details you need!

How do you get to the cambais if?

by far the best way to get to the Cambais waterfalls is with the motorcycle. It takes about an hour from Moalboal to reach the waterfall. There are not many signs that show the way to the Cambais Falls, so it is best to follow Google Maps.

It is a scenic drive along the coast, past canyoning companies and the popular Kawasan Falls. As soon as the cards lead inland, it is an even more picturesque journey through the valley, past small villages and in the jungle.

The pen below is the starting point. Here you can park your bike next to a small bridge with overhanging trees. There is a small, weathered sign that indicates the path that leads to the waterfall.

After you have put your bike off, follow the small path behind you. From here it is about 15 minutes to the cash register.

Cambais cases

It is very easy to follow the clear path from the parking lot to the cash register. Entry costs 50 pesos per person, which is very reasonable. Management also makes sure to clean the area because there was hardly any garbage.

I rate this waterfall as one of the best in Cebu if you want to relax and defeat the masses. Both times when I was here, only a few local children swam and jumped from the lower levels.

level one

Cambais Falls has two main levels. The first is a large, deep turquoise swimming hole. There is also a high waterfall on the left and a stronger, lower waterfall right next to it.

The swimming hole is quite deep on all sides. When jumping, only pay attention to the submerged rocks.

level two

You can climb the fixed ropes on the right side of the Cambais Falls to reach the top of the first level. Then go upwards and you will see a bamboo that leads to the second level.

Due to the dense vegetation, two less light falls through on the level. This is ideal for hot days to cool off from the sun. You can also swim at this level, but there are no cliff jumping points.

When I visited Cambais Falls for the first time, the cliff jumping points were shown to me by a local canyoning team. If you look at the waterfall from the cash register, you will see the large rippling waterfall on the left. There is a fixed rope for climbing to the top of the limestone wall.

Halfway, it is clear what almost looks like a small excerpt from the limestone. If you jump from here, be careful not to go straight ahead so as not to get to your side. This jump is about 6 meters long.

Those who have more wild can climb to the top of this waterfall to master the big jump that is almost 10 meters high.

Is Cambais if a trip is worth?

If you are looking for a beautiful waterfall paradise that you can have for yourself, then of course. I personally think that it is one of the best small waterfalls in Cebu.

There are many small caves to explore, cliff jumps and deep swimming holes. The water in Cebu is really one of the blueest in the world. Cambais Falls is an epic jungle oasis that you shouldn't miss.
