The day started with a delicious breakfast at the Maison Lissajoux café, run by the brothers Jean and Nicolas Lissajoux. Jean, a former managing director in Parisian gastronomy, and Nicolas, a former lawyer and handbag designer for Fendi and Louis Vuitton, offer a variety of delicacies.

The truffle brioche with egg, bacon and lettuce and the avocado sourdough bread stood out on the menu. The Brioche Perdue, a type of French toast, was also described as excellent. In addition to these specialties, the café impresses with its patisserie department, which offers exquisite creations such as the “Oeuf Lissajoux”, consisting of white chocolate, coconut milk cream and mango puree.
