For longer ICE connections in long-distance transport, prices start at 17.99 euros in second class and 23.99 euros in first class. Anyone who has a BahnCard 25 or 50 also benefits from a discount of 25 percent, which means that driving prices start at 5.25 euros. Particularly family -friendly: up to four children under the age of 14 travel free of charge accompanied by an adult.

Both discounts are limited and only apply as long as the stock lasts. A cancellation of the tickets is not possible and there is a train bond. These offers offer a favorable way to tackle travel planning for summer and autumn 2025.

Flex price campaign and advantages for BahnCard holder

In addition to the great savings price campaign, Deutsche Bahn also launched a flex price campaign . In the case of bookings that take place by July 31 and are at least four weeks in advance, travelers receive a 20 percent discount on flexible rail tickets. The highlight: Owner of a BahnCard can look forward to additional discounts of 25 or 50 percent. This ticket format is particularly attractive because it has no train binding and can be canceled free of charge by the first day of validity. The tickets are also valid for trips by December 13, 2025 and also enable international connections.
