Handicraft market in Greetsiel: A feast for the senses and palate!

The third arts and crafts market will take place in picturesque Greetsiel from May 29th to June 1st, 2025. Numerous exhibitors present themselves on the meadow at the harbor with unique handmade items and culinary delicacies. Every day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., visitors have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of handicrafts, and entry is free. This special event is organized by Touristik GmbH Krummhörn-Greetsiel in collaboration with “Uwe’s Markt”.

The craft market stands out with its carefully curated product range, where new vendors present their works. One of the highlights is the “Cuxlandbiene” beekeeping facility, which offers organically certified honey varieties. Another innovative offering is Scandinavian licorice in unusual flavors. Local artists are also represented, including the maritime painter Anja Beier and Hans-Werner Götten, who shows impressive 3D images.

Diverse offer

The range includes a wide range of handicrafts and regional specialties. The “Hof 7” from Beverstedt presents products from the region. The Axel Münster distillery will be celebrating its premiere, offering exclusive orange brandy made from untreated organic oranges as well as orange liqueur and homemade jam. Visitors can also discover handmade jewelry, fine furs, epoxy art, wood and leather work as well as maritime decoration and garden accessories.

The gastronomic side of the market is also not neglected. The beach bar “Olli von See” invites you to linger while Arthur's Thuringian bratwurst provides culinary delights. The market is characterized by a varied culinary offering that fits the theme of handicrafts and exudes the ambience of a cutter harbor.
