Art competition: 39,582 children's pictures conquer the province of Khánh Hòa!

On May 25, 2025, a major awards ceremony for the best artistic achievements of children and young people was held in Khanh Hoa Province. This event, which awarded gold medals to participants with award-winning works across three age groups, demonstrates a commitment to nurturing the creative potential of young artists. The awards ceremony officially took place between November 10, 2024 and February 28, 2025 and attracted an impressive number of designs: a total of 39,582 paintings were submitted.

The distribution of the submitted artworks is remarkable as they come from different neighborhoods and districts of the province. Nha Trang contributed 12,983 paintings, while other regions such as Dien Khanh district with 6,670, Ninh Hoa city with 5,139 and Cam Lam district with 4,750 contributions were also well represented. In addition, institutions such as the Provincial Children's Home and units under the Ministry of Health have also actively participated.

Prizes and awards

The organizing committee recognized a total of 375 outstanding works categorized into three age groups: preschoolers, elementary school students and middle school students. Each age group received 125 prizes, divided into 25 gold, 25 silver, 25 bronze and 50 consolation prizes. In addition, 9 collective prizes were awarded to schools that had a high number of winners. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also honored eight education and training ministries and nine schools with certificates of honor for their notable contributions.

The children's pictures submitted impressed with their high artistic quality, clear themes, harmonious compositions as well as bright colors and creative perspectives. Such art competitions not only encourage creativity but also provide young people with the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings artistically.
