- Alkohol am Steuer: Bei einer Promillegrenze von 0,5 drohen Bußgelder bis zu 2.000 Euro und bei höheren Werten sogar Freiheitsstrafen.
- Drogen am Steuer: Hier droht ein Führerscheinentzug von bis zu drei Jahren.
