AIDAluna: Experience a fantastic 15 days in the north from Hamburg!

From June 13, 2025, the AIDAluna will set sail from Hamburg on an exciting 15-day cruise to the North Sea and Norway. This voyage offers passengers the opportunity to explore the fascinating Shetland Islands and a number of Norwegian port towns. The price of the trip starts at 1,399 euros per person for an inside cabin and includes full board and tips. For outside cabins and balcony cabins the prices are 1,649 euros and 2,179 euros, while solo travelers have to pay at least 1,749 euros. These attractive offers are part of the AIDA Cruises “Dream Start at 12” campaign.

Departing from Hamburg on June 13th at 5:00 p.m., the cruise begins after a day at sea, followed by several stops in breathtaking destinations. The port cities include Lerwick on the Shetland Islands, as well as Norwegian towns such as Maløy, Sortland, Leknes on the Lofoten, Narvik, Bodø, Brønnøysund with the famous Torghatten, Trondheim and Molde. The return to Hamburg takes place on June 27th at 8:00 a.m. A total of 23 trips with AIDAluna can currently be booked for 2025, offering different routes and trip lengths, and last-minute options are also available, as shown on Cruises and world travel is to be read.

Facilities and services on board

The AIDAluna, which was completed in 2009 at the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg, can accommodate up to 2,050 passengers and has a crew of 600 members. With a length of 252 meters and a width of 32 meters, the ship is equipped with various amenities. These include seven restaurants, twelve bars, two pools and a spacious spa and wellness area with 2,300 m². The language on board is German and the currency on board is Euro. The cabins are equipped with double beds, which can be converted into single beds if desired.

Full board on board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, except in the specialty restaurants, as well as cold and hot water, table wine, beer, coffee, tea and milk. Alcoholic drinks are available from just 3.50 euros for a 0.33 liter beer. Entertainment and events, including for children, are also provided, making AIDAluna an attractive destination for families and travelers of all ages.

AIDAluna will continue to offer numerous cruises in the coming years. In 2025, in addition to the Nordland trip, there are various options to choose from, with the ship trips from Hamburg heading towards both Norway and the Baltic Sea.
