Bingen is preparing for the 26th International Jazz Festival “Bingen Swingt”, which will take place from June 13th to 15th, 2025 in the picturesque UNESCO World Heritage “Upper Middle Rhine Valley”. The event attracts jazz and music lovers from the region and beyond, and this year will feature an impressive line-up of 26 different acts. The festival is organized by the Bingen Tourism & Congress GmbH organized and supported by the Ministry for Family, Women, Culture and Integration.
The festival promises a diverse mix of genres such as jazz, funk, soul and pop. The main players include well-known artists such as Thomas D & The KBCS, heavytones and the Paul Reed Smith Band. Talents such as Jasmin Tabatabai, Iiro Rantala HEL trio and Nicole Johänntgen will also perform. An absolute highlight is the performance of CHRIS HOPKINS meets the YOUNG LIONS.

The event extends over three days with a varied program:
- Freitag, 13. Juni:

- 13 Acts, darunter CHRIS HOPKINS meets the YOUNG LIONS, Nicole Johänntgen, KUF, heavytones und Anika Nilles
- Sonntag, 15. Juni:
- 9 Acts, darunter Robinson Khoury MŸA, Iiro Rantala HEL trio, Paul Scheugenpflug Quartett und Jasmin Tabatabai
Supporting program and ticket information
In addition to the music, an attractive supporting program is offered. There are special activities for children under the title “Bingen Swingt for Kids”. Art tours and a Sunday shopping round off the experience. Tickets are already available, with prices starting at 35 euros for festival tickets and 19 euros for day tickets. Visitors can also benefit from an RNN-KombiTicket, which allows free return travel in the RNN network area in 2nd class.
