An evening with the Beatles: Ivankova’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” in Uedem!

On June 28, 2025, the Uedem community center will become the stage for an extraordinary musical journey. The initiator and event manager Dirk van der Koelen is unveiling an impressive homage to the legendary Beatles with the event “Ivankova’s Lonely Hearts Club Band – a Beatles Story”. The show, which begins at 8 p.m., tells the remarkable story of the world's most famous band from the perspective of their manager Brian Epstein.

The production is designed by Janneke Ivankova, who also plays the piano, and the talented guitarist Timo Kuhn. Ivankova, who currently stars as Elsa in the musical Frozen, will captivate audiences with iconic hits such as Let It Be, Hey Jude and Imagine. This combination of concert and theater program promises a dynamic performance that also shows the rockier and psychedelic sides of the Beatles.

An unforgettable evening with after-show talk

The event includes an after-show talk where viewers will have the opportunity to interact with the performers, take photos and receive autographs. Anyone who would like to take part in this musical journey through time can look forward to subsidized tickets, which are available for 19.50 euros. These can be reserved at the Uedem community center, the Weeze town hall or by email to vdk@q-events.eu.

There are special regulations for people with mobility limitations so that the first row can be reserved at no extra charge. There will also be a raffle: three times two tickets for the show will be raffled off via the email address gewinnspiel@nn-verlag.de, with the deadline for entries being June 15, 2025. Part of the proceeds and all donations from this event will benefit the “Aktion Lichtblicke” association. The show not only combines musical highlights, but also a good cause.
