Culture on the beach: Seebadkultur. Reading starts in Travemünde!
Godewindpark, Travemünde, Deutschland - The open-air leselounge Seebadkultur. READER AND Literature enthusiasts in Travemünde from June 5 to August 28, 2025. Every Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. the event takes place in the Godewindpark, admission is free. If the weather does not play along, the reading lounge will be moved to the A-Rosa Resort Travemünde. The event is organized by Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH in cooperation with the Hugendubel bookstore and the A-Rosa Resort Travemünde. Accompanying a book table with selected works by Hugendubel is offered.
The reading lounge offers a varied program with renowned authors. The opening reading on June 5 holds the author Lena Johannson and presents her book "Coco and the revolution of fashion". The first appointment follows on June 12, Alexa Linell with the thriller "Box-take eight in front of this AI", in which the lawyer Veda is looking for the mysterious truth about the death of her ex-friend. This exciting mix of thriller and thriller guarantees entertaining evenings for visitors.

On June 19, the author Jesper Lund will introduce his crime novel "Swedenglut", who plays in the context of a fire and a missing person. The end of this year's series on August 21, Sabine Weiss, with "The Lighthouses of the Stevensons", a look at the youth of the famous writer Robert Louis Stevenson. On August 28th, Petra Tessendorf will finally present her crime novel "Coastal Gemung", which revolves around mysterious deaths on the Baltic Sea coast.
