Rock 'n' Sail 2025: Maffay delights fans on Mein Schiff 1!

The event trip “Rock ‘n’ Sail 2025” on the Mein Schiff 1 took place from May 30th to June 5th, 2025 and promised unforgettable experiences for music and cruise lovers. The journey started and ended in Kiel and took passengers to fascinating destinations in Denmark and Norway, including Copenhagen, Kristiansand and Oslo. TUI Cruises organized this trip in collaboration with the well-known musician Peter Maffay, who gave three major concerts on this cruise. In the Mein Schiff 1 theater, the travelers also experienced performances by artists such as Julian Pförtner, THE LIVE SOCIETY, Studio3 and Björn Paulsen.

• 05.06.2025: Ankunft in Kiel (06:30 Uhr)

The supporting program also included discussions on the music industry and cruises, moderated by Uwe Bahn. Prices for the trips started at 1,649 euros per person in an inside cabin, and the premium inclusive services included food, drinks, use of the SPA area and tips. A ticket for one of the Peter Maffay concerts was also included in the price.

Further information and booking

The booking start for the event trip has been set for December 5, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Participants had to be at least 18 years old or traveling with a legal guardian. Special features such as the dress code, which did not allow swimwear in the restaurants, and the requirement that smoking was only permitted in designated areas were also announced.
